About
Movies have always been, and will always be, the foremost passion of my life.
I have been writing and directing short films since 2001. I shot my very first film, Annie and Them, on an old VHS camera, and I have since used different video formats for my projects. I have experimented in all sorts of genres, including horror, thriller, drama, and comedy. My films range from as short as 3-5 minutes, to as long as 92 minutes for a feature I made my senior year of high school.
I have been writing movie reviews ever since the early days of Prodigy back in 1995. As A&E Editor of my high school newspaper, I wrote film reviews for four years running. Then, between 2003 and 2007 I wrote reviews for my college newspaper, the Loyolan, at Loyola Marymount University.
BrianRowe.net serves as the first merging of my films with my reviews all in one place. Here you will find links to all my films, along with details, behind-the-scenes stories, trailers, and more. Here you will find all my reviews, of brand new films and old classics.
